Before you watch this, I want you to know something. I contemplated all weekend whether this was something I should share with you all or not. I usually am such an open book with you guys because not only do I feel close with you to share intimate moments of my life but I know that I also touch you and help work out feelings/thoughts/expressions you may or may not be aware of. Whether it was the break-up with my long term ex-boyfriend or my move to New York City, you've been with me along this ride, all this time. So today, I decide to share this extremely privy moment in my life. Watching this, I hope you take something away from my story but also to share with someone you may know who can relate. I hope to always be a catalyst here on the site, even in such an unfortunate event such as this.

I read a great quote the other day that fulfilled a lot of emptiness I felt.

We can't control what happened, we can't control what has been lost. What we can control is how we fight to take that control back, and the voice within us is powerful in doing so.

I refuse to continue on being sad or depressed about something I can't change. The best way to move the needle is to make this a positive situation. This could of been worse and I'm sure all of our imaginations can run with this. But I'm here and I'm safe- I want to make this an awareness for all women. I want my story to help at least one person and hopefully, more.

Love you all and thanks for stickin' around. I'll be back to norm in no time, holla.
