GRANDMA IN MIAMI
Except I'm not in Miami and I may or may not be confused for a grandma.
Speaking of dressing like a grandma, I've been learning to wear things a bit more fitted. In past looks on PS, I've worn baggy vintage or ill-fitting pieces simply because I wasn't comfortable in form-fitting outfits. Now, I'm embracing it and my body. Who would of thought I'd be in denim? Do you remember when I used to gripe about wearing denim and I'd never wear denim in my life? WRONG. I'm full-forced. I'm now up to 5 pairs. That's pretty epic in my book.
My family and I went down to check out the 9/11 memorial which was beyond moving. If you follow me on Instagram, I couldn't help but capture the perspectives surrounding me- you felt the souls of the past embracing you. It was the strangest and eerie feeling I've ever felt. It's been really great playing tourist this week. Although I've had to work a bit through the time they're here, I've also been able to go around and just view the city through unfamiliar eyes. It's also been really great having my brother be my photographer for the week. I wish he'd move here- that would be amazing. And hey girls hey, he's 21 now. (wink wink)
