2016 needed a clearing - I needed to start the year honest and clear, without anything binding or being vague.

As I made this video, I wanted to make sure I'm was being my most authentic self. I learned a lot about that late last year and I realized the most important thing I could do for myself was to simply be myself. I hope you take something away from this video - maybe share a little bit of honesty to your loved ones. I can't tell you how relieving it was to share these four honest truths with you. It will probably be one of the best things I do to start the new year off right.
